(£26,161 to £31,022 Full time equivalent/ £22,368 - £26,524 actual pay), pay award pending
37 hours per week
39 Weeks per year (term time plus INSET days)
Start date: As soon as possible
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person, who will work within a highly effective team to support our young people to succeed in all they do.
The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, highly effective parental communication, and a relentless approach to expecting the best from every child.
If successful, you will:
- Implement the school’s behaviour policy and procedures, ensuring our Behaviour policy is applied consistently and that attendance at school is prioritised for all.
- Develop and implement consistent restorative practices to improve behaviour, and improve relationships between students and staff.
- Provide consistent information and advice to enable students to make positive choices about their own behaviour.
- Establish productive positive working relationships with pupils and parents and carers.
- Be flexible in responding to the needs of our pupils, and carry out reasonable, additional tasks as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.
