Are you organised and could spare a few hours a month to manage the FOBS diary – using the what’s app group chat to create polls for helpers and bakers, other duties include occasionally checking the cupboard for stock, applying for the alcohol licence for events and taking, typing minutes at the yearly AGM.

Are you good with figures and could spare a few hours a month managing the bank account, setting up occasional payments for stock and doing a very basic end of year accounts which is then submitted to the Charities Commision.

Both roles can be explained and handed over.

We desperately need the above for the PTA to continue running – we have provided invaluable items for the school including most recently the new stage – we are now looking to raise money for under cover outside seating areas.
