BLF Writing Competition

Write an original short story (of up to 1,000 words) on the theme of ‘Beyond the Beach’ and you could win one of three prizes.

As part of the Bude Literary Festival Budehaven students can enter this exciting competition with the best three entries receiving a voucher prize to spend in local shops:
1st: £50. 2nd: £30. 3rd: £20.

The prize winners will be offered the chance to read their winning stories at one of the festival events.

The Bude Literary Festival takes place from Wednesday 18th May until Sunday 22nd May.

Festival sponsors Spencer Thorn bookshop will judge the competition.

Remember to include your name and age with your entry.
